National University of Bangladesh has declared the notice to take Honours admission test 2015-2016 with a view to filling up the vacant seat of different Colleges around the country. Honours admission test will be taken on basis of the SSC and HSC result of each student. The authority is well concerned run the session without any delay.
Earlier a press conference was held in University administrative office at Dhanmondi. Vice-Chancellor Mr. Harunur Rashid had announced the decisions. Deputy Vice-Chancellor Mohammad Aslam Bhuiyan, Professor Munaz Ahmed and Noman Ur Rashid was also attended the conference. Mr Harunur Rashid had also said that there will be regular class and exam from now and onwards no matter Hartal sustained or not. He further mentioned that HONOURS (Pass) exam will take place on 28 March in stead of 22 February and it will last till 30 May. All together 5 lakhs student will attend the exam.
National University Honours First and Second Year Exam Date
Moreover, It is also decided that Honours First year exam will start from 30 April with the participation of 1 lakh 80 thousands students. National University Honours Second year final exam will start from 7 April 2015 in stead of 15 March. In total 2 lakhs 30 thousands students will participate in the exam. The exam will be taken in the evening and till then there will be regular class from morning.
National University is actually committed to the nation to run a hustle free academic session every year. So, these decision are actually taken to complete the educational activity in a proper way. The concerned authority also requested the political parties not to declare any hartal in future to continue the educational activities. Earlier Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) had instructed the institutions to take the class and exams at any cost.
