Medical admission test, which is regarded as one of the most awaited and important admission tests around the country, is the only government approved public admission test for medical entrance of new batches. Every year, a number of students apply for the exam and appear before the education board to get them admitted in renowned medical colleges of Bangladesh.
In the meeting that held in health ministry, complete planning of admission tests in MBBS and BDS course in Medical college, Dental college, Dental Unit and Institutes have been finalized with the presence of eminent people of relative fields. Among the high profile officials Principal of Dhaka Medical College, officials of health ministry, veteran journalists, officials of Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council and leaders of Medical Association were present in the meeting.
Health Minister Md Nasim asked the authority concerned to take proper steps to ensure fair and corruption free admission test. Director of Health Department Deen Mohammad Nurul Haque described the procedures that would be taken in upcoming medical exams.
Meanwhile, journalists present at the meeting expressed their satisfaction over the procedures that have been drafted to carry out in next Medical admission test. Prominent journalists Golam Sarwar, Sayed Abul Maqsud, BMA President Mahmud Hasan, BMDC President Mohammad Shadullah were also present among few others eminent citizens across the country.
