In the meeting, there were senior journalists, Principal of Medical colleges, higher officials of the health ministry, officials of Bangladesh medical and Dental Council and leaders of BMA. The minister requested others to give opinions how to make the admission test more transparent and corruption free. At the beginning, the Director general of health department Mr Deen Mohammad Nurul Haque described the steps those are taken for the said admission test.

(MBBS/BDS) Medical Admission test for the academic session of 2016-2017 will be held in September 2016 for the all public medical college, private medical college, and dental medical college in Bangladesh. The medical admission written test will be held at 10. AM and continue for one hour.

There are some changes in the procedure of Examination this year.
Eligibility:
The applicant has to be Bangladeshi Citizen.
The applicant has to pass the SSC in 2014 and HSC in the year of 2016 with the subjects of physics, biology and chemistry.
The student’s total CGPA for SSC and HSC have to be altogether 8.00 and they must have CGPA at least 3.50 in SSC and HSC .
In Biology , the applicant must have GPA at least 3.50 at HSC level.

During applying, the applicant has to upload his/her own photograph with a specification of 300x 300 pixels and his/ her signature of 300x 80 pixels.
The photo should be less than 100kb and signature 60 kb.
