The applicant has to fill up the final year application form (examine part) by hand and have to submit the application form and exam fees to the department head of the concerned college. The examine is suggested to check roll number, registration number, course code and other necessary information in the report form and then sign in to that. Any wrong information or mistakenly input information will lead to cancellation of application.
The applicant has to write the code number both for practical and tutorial in the stipulated place of the 3rd year honours application form and also need to attach a stamp size own photo with the application form.
