Police Sub Inspector Written exam was held on above mentioned date. At first, 25 marks worth Psychology Exam were held on August 7 which was followed by 100 marks English and Bangla Exam on August 8, 2015. 100 marks worth General knowledge and Math exam was held on August 9 in this year. Total number in Police SI Written Exam is 225 which will be followed by VIVA exam of 200 marks.

- Candidates had to have Graduation or equivalent degree
- Age limit was 19 to 27 for general candidates and 19 to 32 for freedom fighter’s son or daughter
- For male candidate, minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches
